“We are currently here. As we are from out of town and on vacation for our honeymoon, everything is out of the norm. So lets start with the interior: moderately clean. VERY accommodating. Wifi, smart tv, couch, 2 rooms, microwave, stove, fridge, kitchen table, etc. Bedrooms do not have tvs (not a deal breaker but shocking lol). For $130ish its VERY nice and roomy. Iron is provided but no iron board? Odd but ok. Lets talk about location...DEFINITELY a bit "sketchy" but again we are not from the area and once settled everything seemed fine. Security cameras are everywhere and doors have special locks although no chain lock for that added Security. Not a busy area. Only a few cars were in the secured gate. Secured gate also provided a little extra Security. I get that these are old apartments located in (once doing research) a bit of the "higher crime rate" area of Miami. Whoever it is that responds through WhatsApp does not like to answer the phone but got us in the gate after verifying payment. It is much different than your typical reception style hotel but self service is so much faster. So that was fine. Overall so far as we sit here, its fine. Walls seem nicely insulted and my god the AC works amazing. Inside is simple. Put an ironing board in and tvs in the rooms and call it a day. If youre an out of towner like us and plan to stay a few days, this is perfect if you have a few people and like the amenities of home. Just keep in mind its a little sketch at first and not your typical hotel stay, but if you are a couple like us or even a pair of couples, youll be fine. ***Slept absolutely the best since we left home. Shower water is great and hot. A/C froze us out so much we had to hit the heat for a few minutes. Bed was very comfortable. If we had another stay in Miami and were hard pressed to find another location closer to the beach, we would be fine to stay here again. We drove into downtown Miami and felt more out of place and uncomfortable than we did in this particular area. Couldn't wait to get back and settle in. Very very quiet at night.”
